BJP leader and MP Pralhad Joshi has said that Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar was ready for talks with Karnataka on Mahadayi.
Speaking to reporters here onSunday,he said he had recently spoken to Goa chief minister over telephone and the latter had responded positively. "Parsekar has expressed willingness to hold talks with the Karnataka government after the Ganesha festival," he added.
Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, JagadishShettar said that the Hubballi stay planned by the JD(S)state president Kumaraswamywill not affect the BJP in any way.
